Pimple is a disease
that mostly affects teenagers which changes the looks/appearance of such
teenager. Pimples mostly occur in the face. The scientific name for pimple is Acne Vulgaris.
CAUSES:
People believe pimples are always as a result
of what you take in. They believe groundnut, butter, chocolate, etc are the
cause of pimples but not in all cases. Below are the causes of pimples:
1. Imbalance
Hormones
Fluctuation in
hormones such as before one's menstrual cycle is the main cause.
2. Air
Pollution
Air pollution
always puts this layer of crap on your face. Always wipe your face with face
wipe before sleeping. Ladies, you will notice whenever you are making use of
your cleanser, the cotton wool always have some kind of dirt, is as a result of
air pollution.
3. Stress
can be driving force
It does not
matter whether you work full-time or not but ones your stress levels are high
(when you're stressed), you have an organ called the adrenal gland that makes
the stress hormone cortisol, and puts it out into the body to help the body
deal with stress, this hormone can drive the oil glands to produce more oil
which is the root cause of breakouts.
4. Frequent
Cleaning.
"Over-washing
your face can make acne worse," Kazin explains. Cleansing more than twice
a day is too much, and can just dry out skin, "which can cause it to
produce more oil to overcompensate
5. Wrong products
of cream of powder
If you have oily
or combination skin and are prone to breakouts, you should be using skincare
products labeled "oil-free," "non-comedogenic," or
"water-based.
6. Specific
foods may have an effect
This depends on
how that particular food reacts on your skin, if you break out when you eat groundnut
or butter, don't eat it anymore.
